A self-catering bungalow offers a different experience from a resort or an overwater villa. At Te Manuia, the equipped kitchen, air conditioning and patio let you plan quiet evenings and independent days.
The lodge can accommodate up to four guests; couples can request it for two. No honeymoon package, private beach, spa service or special decoration is included unless specifically agreed with Te Manuia.
Make space for the lagoon
Choose one main lagoon outing and leave flexibility around weather and boat departures. Ask local operators about the Blue Lagoon, snorkeling or visits suited to both of you.
If either traveller wants to dive, use a qualified centre and plan around the required time before flying. Wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed.

Before booking, confirm flights, accommodation dates, arrival arrangements, car rental and any paid excursions. Keep clear records of each provider’s cancellation terms.
Tell Te Manuia your dates and that you are travelling as a couple. Request any special arrangements in advance rather than assuming they are included.
